1000 Most Common Russian Words App Reviews

Very easy and practical tool for learning Russian. In any language there are about 1,000 words that make up 90%+ of everyday conversation. If you can master those 1,000 words, youre well on your way to becoming fluent in that language. The audio cues are very helpful with pronunciation.

Audio do not work on my iPad. Otherwise, it would have earned 5 stars.

I don’t understand the point of this app. Just a bunch of words with meaning. No usage sample and explanation of word! Nothing!

Its okay in leaning word association and pronunciation but terrible at contextual usage!

Its a great app to start learning Russian words! Recently, got it and Im already making progress. I would recommend it to people who are interested in learning Russian.

I love it, great usability and very resourceful

A great tool to help learn the most essential vocabulary. Being able to star the words I wish to focus on is very useful. I also like being able to hear the words. One small thing, I would like a way to mark words that I already know (perhaps make them gray?).

Good app with recordings of every word so you can get pronunciation and syllable emphasis down, something that is integral in Russian. I just wish it had conjugation of the verbs.

...where the creator explains the important, gender/plural specific RULES of the Russian Language! Thank you! (Спасибо!) There are many helpful Apps without this! It may be common knowledge for native speakers, but a large community group without a native speaker to help (so far), it has great value! By this time tomorrow, I will encourage them all to acquire your App! Спасибо большое!

Actually my husband Duane is Studying Russian... so its all great for him, Me - well - ok Ill learn it as he does...

Thanks, seems like a great & useful app. Features such as flash cards and customizable lists would be wonderful, but the app is also great as it is! Thank you!
